It’s as easy as knowing your ABC’s – as in our A3 + B3 + C3  formula.

So bring your stressful situations and your motivation for change and learn how to keep stress and anxiety at levels that work best for you.  First you’ll get the what and the why, so you know what anxiety is, what it’s not, and why it can work for and against you. Next you get the how-to with ARC’s favorite science-based techniques. Assess Your A³ Lab

It only takes an hour, and you’ll come away knowing how to pay attention to your anxiety symptoms in a way that puts you in the position to actually do something about them.

In B³, you learned why you’re there. And now, in C³, you get to Consider where you are and where you want to be; Choose how you are going to get there; and then Continue the A3 + B3 + C3 process until it becomes second nature.
